WELCOME

In 2017 we had started in the Real Estate Business and in doing some deals when we realized that some homes that we bought at the "foreclosure sale" had left over money's from the bidding process. We then learned that this was not a common occurence. We followed the trail of this "overage" and it sat for a year and still no one had claimed it. Why was it just sitting there!

What we learned is that every day, people and businesses are not aware of these monies, or leave cash in financial institutions, insurance companies, and with government authorities – only to forget the money. As crazy as it sounds, it happens constantly. Usually the unclaimed funds are lost due to forgetfulness, neglect, or other reasons such as life changes, new career endeavors.

OUR JOURNEY AND FOCUS

In 2018, we decided to start helping these assets/funds get back to "their rightful owners". Regardless of the many obstacles set in our path we truly believed that all people, their heirs or business's that have worked hard for what they have/had, should be entitled to what was rightfully theirs. Fast forward to 2020, we started "Helpful Change" to help reunit "Rightful Heirs" these unclaimed assets.

THE RECOVERY PROBLEMS

In our journey to help people realize they have these unclaimed, we have become well versed in not only tracking down the rightful owners but also finding "other" unclaimed assets in different areas.

We have also realized that on a National basis, most states have a variety of institutions responsible for unclaimed monies. On a State by State basis, each State has separate unclaimed money laws (Acts) and various institutions responsible for lost monies unique to that State (with their own set of individual claiming rules and procedures).

IGNOR THE WARNING SIGNS

A few government agencies will warn you to avoid companies like ours, that charge a fee when "you can" recover your own missing funds at no cost. While this may be true in some cases, please remember that there is more to the story that they are not telling you. These folks don't tell you that or realize that the general public may not understand the legal process let alone understand how to "petition the courts for a claim, notifying all parties involved and/or pulling case files for the information need for petitioning the court". And not to mention the time and effort involved to do this work. These same officials also don't mention that after a certain amount of time the monies can be "escheated" back to them!

We provide a valuable service for the public, who were unaware they even had assets/monies out there. And yes we do earn a fee for our services we provide. However, we receive no money until your claim has been paid and only then.
